Women in the Fire Service UK is seeking a like-minded partner to deliver a bespoke Women’s Development Programme. We are pleased to announce that a tender opportunity for skills providers to add further value to our services, is now open for submissions.
We are inviting companies to tender for the delivery of our Women’s Development Programme in 2021/22 and 2022/23 with potential for 2023/24. The programme will provide personal and professional development to women and non-binary staff of participating Fire and Rescue Services.
Our programme is a development support opportunity that aims to contribute to a positive working environment, when those people are:
- Engaged with the Fire and Rescue Service
- Can feel confident to be themselves
- Feel empowered to make and act on their own career decisions and
- Apply for promotions and opportunities confidently and feel able to challenge appropriately
Please note this is for a contract running from 1st September 2021 to 30th August 2023.
The deadline for submitting a tender is 12 noon on Thursday 3rd June 2021.
