Help retain and progress women in your fire service
Our Women’s Development Programme is currently on hold but please register your interest and we’ll let you know when we are planning to resume sessions.

This was a bespoke programme — specifically designed for the needs of women working in the fire and rescue service. ‘This program certainly helped me to take the next step with my career in the fire service. At the start of the program I was really unsure about taking myself to the next level for a Crew Manager role, but by the end of it I was believing in myself more, knowing I can do the job confidently.’— WDP Delegate
‘As an Organisational Development Manager within the fire and rescue service, I value the availability of this Women’s Development Programme which can complement organisational work to reduce barriers to women realising their potential within the sector.’— WDP Delegate
