The Women’s Development Programme is facilitated by our service delivery partners Women to Work on behalf of Women in the Fire Service UK. A bespoke programme — specifically designed for the needs of women working in the Fire and Rescue Service.
The programme consists of three half-day workshops which take place at host fire and rescue services across the UK.

All delegates are provided with a Personal Development Plan Workbook and a range of self-coaching tools to use during the workshops and in the future.
