Do you want to positively support and develop your women firefighters or women’s workforce?

Would you like to positively manage your work life?

Do you want to enable your women firefighters or women’s workforce to reach their professional capacity?

The Women’s Development Programme is facilitated by our service delivery partners Women to Work on behalf of Women in the Fire Service UK. A bespoke programme — specifically designed for the needs of women working in the Fire and Rescue Service.

The programme consists of three half-day workshops which take place at host fire and rescue services across the UK.

‘Alongside additional support and guidance from HR, the initial session, the inspirational speeches and guidance of the sessions made it clear I was ready to pursue promotion and achieve it temporarily. The sessions were a safe and structured opportunity to share experiences and learn and be guided to move onto the next part of my journey.’

Delegate — Humberside Fire and Rescue Service

‘It’s surprising how useful it is to just get the vague ideas that have been floating around in your head out onto paper and into discussion.’

Delegate — London Fire Brigade
