People Services Manager – Maternity Cover (12 month)

Reporting to the Head of People Services, the People Services Manager (PSM) leads on delivering key priorities for the Directorate. The role involves comanaging a centralised People Services team to ensure seamless, consistent day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle, from selection and onboarding to promotions and reward. We’re looking for someone who can lead, coach, and motivate the team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with the wider People Team and leaders to ensure consistency and a great employee experience.

• Contract: Maternity Cover 12 Month FTC 

• Grade: 17 

• Salary: £51,356 – £52,413
