Cleveland Fire Brigade is inviting applications for promotion or transfer to Station Manager and Group Manager roles. These key middle manager positions play a critical part in delivering high-quality operational response, shaping organisational culture, and driving strategic improvement across the Service.
As a Station Manager, you will provide leadership and management across watches, teams, or functional areas. You will ensure operational preparedness, deliver effective incident command, and lead performance, development, and cultural initiatives. You will play a central role in translating organisational priorities into action, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with our values.
As a Group Manager, you will operate as a leader within the organisation, providing strategic oversight across multiple stations, departments, or functional portfolios. You will lead organisational change, strengthen partnerships, and ensure high performance across prevention, protection, and response activities. As a key link
between the Executive Leadership Team and frontline delivery, you will influence culture, drive improvement, and contribute to the long-term direction of the Service.
