Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Services are jointly hosting an inaugural Regional WFS Development and Networking event at the Joint Training Centre, Ripley, Derbyshire on Saturday 5th October 2019.
This event is open to female staff members from all roles within the Fire & Rescue Service, including operational, support and control.
The event will involve:
- Guest speaker – Becci Bryant – Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive, Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service
- Choice of workshops – including fire investigation, virtual reality technology, incident command simulations (both operational and non-operational specific), and career progression
- Networking opportunities
A buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided. Delegates will not be required to wear uniform.
Places are limited to 12 delegates per Fire & Rescue Service.
