Women’s Development Programme

Our Women’s Development Programme is a bespoke programme to help women identify clear, practical and realistic steps to develop self-confidence in their professional and personal lives. Facilitators Jenny Pollock and Emma Shute of Women to Work, explore topics including taking control and challenging limiting beliefs, and how to identify strategies to build personal resilience.

The programme consists of three half-day workshops over three months. Workshops take place remotely.

Discounted rates for WFS Corporate Members (all previous attendees were employer funded, so ask your Service about the possibility of funding your place).

IMPORTANT: If you would like to book onto any of the published programmes, you must seek the appropriate approvals from within your service/organisation prior to completing your booking form.
