We are seeking to grow our Workforce Development Team to provide high impact support to our colleagues. Reporting into the Workforce Development Manager you will continue to embed and build upon the success of the current Leadership and Management Programmes.  The vision is about making sure we have the people with the right values in the right roles, and that they have access to the right opportunities, exposure, stretch and development to reach their potential.
