We have an opportunity for a Planning Evaluation and Performance Manager to join our team based at our Service Headquarters in Exeter on a Permanent contract working 37 hours per week. In return you will receive a competitive salary starting at £51802.00 and rising to £55,636.00 per annum.

As our Planning Evaluation and Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the development, embedding and monitoring of the corporate planning process and performance management framework to support effective service delivery and organisational improvement, and to create and deliver a capability for evaluating improvement activity to inform future direction.

-Significant experience in either planning, performance or evaluation.

-The ability to create innovative approaches to evaluation in order to identify improvement opportunities and realise benefits.

-Experience of successfully managing a team to drive improvement.

-Proven experience of managing a planning process at a strategic level.

-A thorough understanding of organisation performance management framework.

-The ability to use knowledge and skills and apply them in a complex political environment.
