What an incredible event! 💜 Our 2026 WFS Training & Development Event brought together firefighters, colleagues and allies from across the Fire & Rescue Service under the theme Elevate Potential, Inspire Success. In a profession where women are still the minority, it was incredibly powerful to spend several days surrounded by women in the service, leaders, mentors and supportive male allies, all committed to building a more inclusive fire and rescue service.
