Join women from fire and rescue services across the UK to build confidence, challenge limiting beliefs, and strengthen personal resilience in a supportive, empowering space. Led by Jenny Pollock and Emma Shute from Women to Work, this programme helps you reflect, grow, and take charge of your development journey.
