Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a proactive and motivated Systems Support Officer to help maintain and develop the critical systems that support frontline emergency response and business operations. Working within the Service Support Team, you will provide technical support and system administration across a range of ICT, mobilising, telephony and management information systems, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure services remain effective, secure and reliable. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong IT and system support experience who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer service.
