About the role
As a Development Fire Safety Inspecting Officer, you will support Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service’s statutory responsibility for regulating fire safety across non-domestic premises. You will work as part of a supportive and experienced Protection Team, and complete a programme of learning, assessments and supervised practice; developing the knowledge, skills and experience needed to become a competent Fire Safety Inspecting Officer. Alongside your development, you will help businesses understand and comply with fire safety legislation through education, engagement and risk-based regulation.
