Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service are seeking applications from individuals who are interested in being appointed to the role of Wholetime Crew Manager.

High performing candidates who are successful through this process may also be springboarded into the Supervisory Watch Manager Talent Pool.
All applicants must hold a current Incident Command ICL1 qualification. Candidates who do not currently hold ICL1 must achieve this qualification by the interview stage of the process.
Successful candidates will be required to complete the Supervisory Manager Development Programme.
